You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the address given in the legal notice. Data processing that has already taken place is not affected.

Under certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to companies abroad as part of order processing. These companies are committed to data protection to the same extent as we are. The transmission can take place anywhere in the world.
If the level of data protection does not correspond to that of Switzerland, we carry out a preliminary risk assessment and contractually ensure that the same protection is guaranteed as in Switzerland (e.g. by means of the new standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or other measures required by law). Should our risk assessment be negative, we will take additional technical measures to protect your data. We may restrict or refuse to provide information or data if this is contrary to our legal obligations, our own or public legitimate interests, or the interests of a third person.
The processing of your application is subject to the legal processing period of 30 days. However, we may extend this period due to a high volume of inquiries, for legal or technical reasons, or because we need more detailed information from you. You will be notified of the deadline extension in good time, at least in text form.

What information do we receive and how do we use it?
When you visit, certain data is automatically stored on our servers or on servers of services and products that we purchase and/or have installed for system administration, statistical or backup purposes, or for tracking purposes. It involves:
- the name of your Internet service provider;
- your IP address (under certain circumstances);
- the version of your browser software;
- the operating system of the computer with which the URL is accessed;
- the date and time of access;
- the website from which you are visiting the URL;

Why are we allowed to process this data?
This data cannot be assigned to a specific person and there is no merging of this data with other data sources. The log files are stored to guarantee the functionality of the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. This is our legitimate interest.
How can you prevent data collection?
The data is only stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Accordingly, the data is deleted at the end of each session. The storage of log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website, so you have no opportunity to object to this.
4.2 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”), on our website. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will abbreviate your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage to the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4.3 Google Tag Manager
To manage website tags via an interface, we use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The Google Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not process any personal data. The service triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this will persist for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.
By using Google Tag Manager, scripts (so-called tags) can be automatically activated on our website and data can be transmitted from your browser to Google. This data may include information about your IP address, the browser you use, the sub-pages of our website visited and other interactions during your visit to the website.
4.4 Google My Business
On our website, we use features from Google My Business, a service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). Google My Business allows companies to manage their presence on Google, including Google Search and Google Maps, and interact with customers.
By visiting our website or interacting with our Google My Business listing, such as leaving reviews or asking questions, data, in particular your IP address and the content of your interactions, is transmitted to Google and stored on Google servers. These servers may be located in the USA or other countries.
Google uses this information to provide Google My Business services, to facilitate user interactions with companies, and to provide us with reports and analytics about the interactions and performance of our business listing.
4.5 Microsoft 365
For various office and communication tasks, we use Microsoft 365, a service from Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA.
Microsoft 365 offers a range of productivity tools, including email (Outlook), document storage (OneDrive), collaboration tools (teams), and office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. When you contact us, for example via email, or when we share documents, these interactions are processed and stored via Microsoft 365.
Microsoft uses servers in various countries to provide Microsoft 365 services. This means that your data may be stored in data centers outside Switzerland. However, Microsoft has implemented various security and privacy measures to protect their customers' data.
4.6 Webflow
On our website, we use services from Webflow, a web design tool and hosting service provided by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Webflow allows us to create and host an attractive and easy-to-use design for our website.
When you visit our website hosted by Webflow, various data may be collected, including your IP address, date and time of access, browser type, operating system, and information about the pages and content you view. This data is mainly used for statistical purposes and to optimize the user experience.

The main purpose of data processing by Webflow is to provide and optimize our website in order to present you with relevant content in an appealing design.
4.7 Google reCAPTCHA
To protect unwanted inquiries via the Internet form on our website, we use the reCAPTCHA service from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The query is used to differentiate whether the input is made by a human or misused through automated, machine processing. As part of the query, information, such as your IP address or behavior when filling out the form, may be transmitted to Google.
For this purpose, your input will be sent to Google and further processed there. By using reCAPTCHA, you agree that the recognition you provide will be incorporated into the digitization of old works. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will abbreviate your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service.
